Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of dimeseed.com and DimeSeed products. DimeSeed is a trade name of CapCom Group LLC (“DimeSeed,” “we,” “us”), San Antonio, Texas. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you buy a product, you’ll be asked to accept them at checkout.
Education, not advice
DimeSeed tools and reports are for education and planning. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or lending advice, and we are not your financial advisor. Results are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you provide. Real costs, interest rates, vehicle values, and returns will differ. Before making a financial decision, check the details with your lender, dealer, insurer, or a qualified professional. See our Financial Disclaimer.
The Founding Member pass
- Price. $29 in US dollars, charged once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies.
- Who can buy. Adults 18 or older in the United States.
- What’s included. (1) One written report on one vehicle decision, comparing up to two choices, prepared from the numbers you send us. (2) One updated report if your numbers change within 30 days of your purchase. (3) Access to new DimeSeed calculators we release in the 12 months after your purchase.
- Delivery. By email, within 2 business days after we receive complete numbers from the email address you used at checkout. If something is missing, we’ll ask, and the 2 business days start once we have it. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- What the report doesn’t do. It analyzes the numbers you provide. It does not recommend specific lenders, dealers, insurers, investments, or securities, does not review your credit, and does not arrange financing.
- Your numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you send. The report is only as accurate as those numbers.
- Personal use. The pass is for you and can’t be transferred. You may share your report with family or advisors helping you decide, but you may not resell or publish it.
All sales are final
Because each report is prepared for you, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If we don’t deliver what’s described above, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
Acceptable use
Use the site for your own personal planning. Don’t copy, resell, republish, or frame the calculator or our content. Don’t scrape the site or access it with bots or other automated tools. Don’t try to break or overload the site, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The DimeSeed name and logo, the calculator, the site content, and our reports belong to CapCom Group LLC. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the site and the reports you buy. You may share links to the site and screenshots of your own results.
No guarantees
We work to keep our calculations accurate, but the site, the calculators, and reports are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Projections about the future, including any hypothetical growth, are illustrations, not predictions or promises.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DimeSeed and CapCom Group LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the site or a report. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top show which terms are current. A purchase is governed by the version in effect when you checked out. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
